The college was established in the month of June, 1991 and has been granted temporary affiliation by Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Since 1995 – 96 the college is affiliated to Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. On 10th August, 2004 the college has been granted permanent affiliation by Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded.

In the year 1995-96 the Marathwada University is benefited into Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad and Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded.
